Download a YouTube Playlist

To download a YouTube playlist with MediaLink, paste a public playlist or mix URL into the YouTube Playlist Downloader, select the entries you want (up to 50 per batch), choose a format family, and queue jobs that appear individually under Downloads.

Playlist workflow vs single video

A single watch URL uses the YouTube Video Downloader and one results card. A playlist URL returns an entry list plus the playlist panel so you can multi-select items. Use the matching landing for the URL type you actually have.

Step 1 — Copy a public playlist URL

Use a public youtube.com/playlist?list=… link or a mix/playlist share the extractor can reach. Private or login-walled playlists usually fail Analyze.

Step 2 — Analyze and select entries

Open the YouTube Playlist Downloader, paste the URL, Analyze, then select entries in the playlist panel. MediaLink caps each submit at 50 selected entries to keep the queue stable — deselect some if you hit the limit.

Step 3 — Queue and monitor Downloads

Choose the format family for the batch, submit, and monitor each item as its own job under Downloads. Partial lists often mean restricted entries or a URL that is not a true playlist.

Common problems

Empty panels, blocked submits over 50 items, or Analyze failures on private playlists. For one video only, switch to the single-video guide instead of forcing a playlist URL.

Limitations

Hard batch cap of 50 queued URLs per submit. No unlimited playlist size promise, and no access to private playlists.
